We do not preserve it in sugar or add sweeteners, we use fresh fruits as is. - Require min. 1 Day advanced ordering unless orders are full for the day whichever comes first - Images may differ from the actual product as each cake is handmade, including variations in the type and placement of fruits, cream and colour.

All sales are final and non-refundable. Pickup can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 1 day in advance.
No-shows or same-day changes incur a $5 service fee, payable via e-transfer to gary@garypatisserie.com within 1 hour of the change. If customer cannot be reached or service fee is unpaid on the day of pickup, the order will be cancelled and not rescheduled.
