Gary's signature Fresh Mango Cake flower in the form of a cupcake! Fresh and juicy mangoes with freshly whipped whipping cream assembled on top of freshly baked cupcakes. Minimum order 2 dozen per order (24 cupcakes), $6 per cupcake.
Note: - Sweetness of mangoes cannot be guaranteed. We do not preserve it in sugar or add sweeteners, we use fresh mangoes as is. Gary does try to ripen it for a week or two to help reach their full potential of sweetness before. The level of sweetness is based on the mangoes itself. - Require min. 3 days advanced ordering

All sales are final and non-refundable. Pickup can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 1 day in advance.
No-shows or same-day changes incur a $5 service fee, payable via e-transfer to gary@garypatisserie.com within 1 hour of the change. If customer cannot be reached or service fee is unpaid on the day of pickup, the order will be cancelled and not rescheduled.
