Matcha Green Tea Red Bean Cake (can be cream only)

An all-time favourite combination from Japan, the sweetness of the red bean filling with the slight bitterness of matcha flavour makes a classic Japanese dessert. This is made with organic matcha green tea.

Ingredients: Organic Matcha, Red Bean, Flour, Vegetable Oil, Evaporated Milk, Sugar, Eggs, Baking, Powder, Cream of Tartar, Whipping Cream

If you can't decide between the 4" and 6" cakes, we recommend the 6" size. It offers the best value and is the most presentable, the difference is only $4.

All sales are final and non-refundable. Pickup can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 1 day in advance.

No-shows or same-day changes incur a $5 service fee, payable via e-transfer to gary@garypatisserie.com within 1 hour of the change. If customer cannot be reached or service fee is unpaid on the day of pickup, the order will be cancelled and not rescheduled.
