Built on top of the soft vanilla sponge base embodies a rich and flavourful mango mousse with lychee fruit, finished with mango glaze. As Gary uses less cream, the mango mousse appears to be denser than your everyday mousse cakes. 

Ingredients: Mango, Gelatin, Mango Pulp, Lychee, Whipping Cream

- If you' can't decide between the 4" and 6" cakes, we recommend the 6" size for regular gatherings—it offers the best value and is the most presentable. But, if you prefer to avoid leftovers, the 4" cake serves 2-4 people well , although it looks small.
- Images may differ from the actual product as each cake is handmade, including variations in the type and placement of fruits, cream and colour.

* Gary reserves the final decision to accept/cancel orders. In the event that any changes are required, customer will be notified immediately.

All sales are final and non-refundable. Pickup can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 1 day in advance.

No-shows or same-day changes incur a $5 service fee, payable via e-transfer to gary@garypatisserie.com within 1 hour of the change. If customer cannot be reached or service fee is unpaid on the day of pickup, the order will be cancelled and not rescheduled.
