Built on top of the soft vanilla sponge base embodies a rich and flavourful mango mousse with lychee fruit, finished with mango glaze. Gary uses less cream, the mango mousse appears to be denser than other mousse cakes.

All sales are final and non-refundable. Pickup can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 1 day in advance.
No-shows or same-day changes incur a $5 service fee, payable via e-transfer to gary@garypatisserie.com within 1 hour of the change. If customer cannot be reached or service fee is unpaid on the day of pickup, the order will be cancelled and not rescheduled.
