The Mango Lychee / Mango Mousse Cake is Gary's latest creation. Built on top of the soft vanilla sponge base embodies a rich and flavourful mango mousse with fresh sliced mango pulp, finished with mango glaze. As Gary uses less cream, the mango mousse appears to be denser than your everyday mousse cakes.
