Rich in antioxidant and nutrients makes our purple yam cake an all-time favourite. Nutty and not overly sweet makes this a highly nutritious dessert option. This is a 3 layer sponge cake filled with real purple yam steamed fresh.
Note: - Require min. 1 Day advanced ordering unless orders are full for the day whichever comes first - Colour of the yam may vary - Flower may vary - If you' can't decide between the 4" and 6" cakes, we recommend the 6" size for regular gatherings—it offers the best value and is the most presentable. But, if you prefer to avoid leftovers, the 4" cake serves 2-4 people well.
