All sales are final and non-refundable. Pickup can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 1 day in advance.
No-shows or same-day changes incur a $5 service fee, payable via e-transfer to gary@garypatisserie.com within 1 hour of the change. If customer cannot be reached or service fee is unpaid on the day of pickup, the order will be cancelled and not rescheduled.
Signature Rose Cake handcrafted by Gary. The flower petals are made out of coating chocolate, not fondant icing! Coating chocolate is like real chocolate but instead of cocoa butter, it is replaced with vegetable oil to withstand heat. The rose cake is perfect for special celebrations and occasions.
Note: - Not available on Tuesdays - Comes with clear box - Sweetness of mangoes cannot be guaranteed. We do not preserve it in sugar or add sweeteners, we use fresh mangoes as is.
