Black Forest Cake

This is a rich 3-layer chocolate sponge cake filled with frozen fresh cherries, cherry jello, and freshly whipped cream. The combination of cherry jello and chocolate sponge creates a delightful flavor that balances sweetness and tartness. Our cake is alcohol-free and suitable for all ages.

Ingredients: Cherries, Gelatin, Cocoa Powder, Flour, Vegetable Oil, Evaporated Milk, Sugar, Eggs, Baking Powder, Cream of Tartar, Whipping Cream

- Occasionally, cherries may contain pits, so please enjoy with caution. While we make every effort to remove them, one or two may slip through.
- We kindly request a minimum of 1 day advance ordering, subject to availability.
- Images may differ from the actual product as each cake is handmade, including variations in the type and placement of fruits, chocolates, cream and colour.

All sales are final and non-refundable. Pickup can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 1 day in advance.

No-shows or same-day changes incur a $5 service fee, payable via e-transfer to gary@garypatisserie.com within 1 hour of the change. If customer cannot be reached or service fee is unpaid on the day of pickup, the order will be cancelled and not rescheduled.
