Organic Chestnut Cake (can add mango)

Balanced Chestnut Cake with a soft, moist chiffon sponge and light sweetness. Three layers with two chestnut fillings, topped with chestnut cream. Made in-house with organic chestnuts. Can add mango!

Ingredients: Chestnut, Flour, Vegetable Oil, Evaporated Milk, Sugar, Eggs, Baking Powder, Cream of Tartar, Whipping Cream

No-shows or same-day changes incur a $5 service fee, payable via e-transfer to gary@garypatisserie.com within 1 hour of the change. If customer cannot be reached or service fee is unpaid on the day of pickup, the order will be cancelled and not rescheduled.
