Balanced Chestnut Cake with a castella-style cake, light sweetness and a hint of caramel. Three layers with two chestnut fillings, topped with chestnut cream. Can add mango!

Ingredients: Chestnut, Flour, Vegetable Oil, Evaporated Milk, Sugar, Eggs, Baking Powder, Cream of Tartar, Whipping Cream

4" cakes are no longer available. The cake is prepared to be enjoyed on the day of pickup.
