Made with premium Hokusan ceremonial matcha, recognized at the 2026 North American Tea Conference Gold Medal Tea Competition, where more than 120 teas from around the world were submitted and Hokusan Tea received both 1st and 2nd Place in the Japan Category.
The ceremonial matcha offers a rich, floral, sweet, and umami flavour without bitterness, graininess, or an overly grassy finish. Silky matcha cream adds a subtle, creamy matcha note, while our strawberry compote brings a bright, fruity acidity and natural sweetness to create a beautifully balanced cake.
