Made with 3-layer castella-style cake sandwiched with 2 layers flavourful mango mousse then topped with Fresh Kent Mango. Gary uses less cream, the mango mousse appears to be denser than other mousse cakes.
Ingredients: Fresh Kent Mango on top, Mango Puree, Gelatin, Whipping Cream, Vegetable Oil, Evaporated Milk, Sugar, Eggs, Baking Powder, Cream of Tartar, Edible Corn Flowers
The fresh kent mango is prepared to be enjoyed on the day of pickup. Please note that we do not offer exchanges or refunds for browning or blackening of the mango if the cake is consumed after the pickup date.
All sales are final and non-refundable. Pickup can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 1 day in advance. If customer cannot be reached or cake is unpaid on the day of pickup, the order will be cancelled and not rescheduled.
10" and larger cakes will require pre-payment to confirm order.
