Purple Yam Cake

Rich in antioxidant and nutrients makes our purple yam cake an all-time favourite. Nutty and not overly sweet makes this a highly nutritious dessert option. This is a 3 layer sponge cake filled with real purple yam steamed fresh. It is not UBE.

Ingredients: Purple Yam, Flour, Vegetable Oil, Evaporated Milk, Sugar, Eggs, Baking Powder, Colouring, Cream of Tartar, Whipping Cream, Ube flavour

All sales are final and non-refundable. Pickup can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 1 day in advance.

No-shows or same-day changes incur a $5 service fee, payable via e-transfer to gary@garypatisserie.com within 1 hour of the change. If customer cannot be reached or service fee is unpaid on the day of pickup, the order will be cancelled and not rescheduled.
