Signature Rose Cake (Seasonal)

The rose cake is unavailable during the hot months as it will melt.

Signature Rose Cake handcrafted by Gary. The flower petals are made out of coating chocolate, not fondant icing! Coating chocolate is like real chocolate but instead of cocoa butter, it is replaced with vegetable oil to withstand heat. The rose cake is perfect for special celebrations and occasions.

- Sweetness of mangoes cannot be guaranteed. We do not preserve it in sugar or add sweeteners, we use fresh mangoes as is. Gary does try to ripen it for a week or two to help reach their full potential of sweetness before use but the level of sweetness cannot be controlled.

- If you' can't decide between the 4" and 6" cakes, we recommend the 6" size for regular gatherings—it offers the best value and is the most presentable. But, if you prefer to avoid leftovers, the 4" cake serves 2-4 people well.
