Inspired by the popular taro bubble tea, this taro pandan coconut cake has a creamy, earthy and nutty sweetness similar to sweet potato. Pandan balances the flavour with a fragrant, vanilla-like aroma. Macapuno (young coconut strings) adds a soft, jelly-like texture, gentle sweetness and a subtle coconut taste.

Ingredients: Taro paste, toro powder, macapuno (young coconut srings), coconut milk, pandan flavour (may contain colouring), flour, vegetable oil, evaporated milk, sugar, eggs, baking powder, cream of tartar, whipping cream
