Tiramisu (can add durian)

Coffee-dipped ladyfingers are layered with a whipped mixture of eggs, sugar, brandy, and cream cheese, and topped with a dusting of cocoa. For a new twist, try adding durian—it pairs surprisingly well together! Durian lovers must give it a try!

Ingredients: Cream Cheese, Whipping Cream, Coco Powder, Gelatin, Liquor, Coffee, Flour, Vegetable Oil, Evaporated Milk, Sugar, Eggs, Baking Powder, Cream of Tartar, Lady Finger, Durian (optional)

The cake is prepared to be enjoyed on the day of pickup.

All sales are final and non-refundable. Pickup can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 1 day in advance.

No-shows or same-day changes incur a $5 service fee, payable via e-transfer to gary@garypatisserie.com within 1 hour of the change. If customer cannot be reached or service fee is unpaid on the day of pickup, the order will be cancelled and not rescheduled.
