Signature 3D Durian Cake

All sales are final and non-refundable. Pickup can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 1 day in advance.

No-shows or same-day changes incur a $5 service fee, payable via e-transfer to gary@garypatisserie.com within 1 hour of the change. If customer cannot be reached or service fee is unpaid on the day of pickup, the order will be cancelled and not rescheduled.

This is the 3D Durian Cake! Looks like a durian, tastes like a durian but with 3 layer of vanilla spongecake and fluffy vanilla whipping cream. The outer shell layer is made of buttercream, definitely a crowd pleaser. 

Ingredients: Durian, Flour, Vegetable Oil, Evaporated Milk, Sugar, Eggs, Baking, Powder, Cream of Tartar, Whipping Cream, Buttercream, Food colouring

Durian is not jackfruit. Please order with caution, not everyone likes durian.

Note:
- Colour and shape vary as each cake is hand-made individually
- Require min. 1 Day advanced ordering unless orders are full for the day whichever comes first
- If you' can't decide between the 4" and 6" cakes, we recommend the 6" size for regular gatherings—it offers the best value and is the most presentable. But, if you prefer to avoid leftovers, the 4" cake serves 2-4 people well.
