Soft, and juicy mango cake made fresh daily with real mangoes locally. Resembled like a flower, the mango cake emits a naturally fresh and sweet fragrance. This is a two layer mango filled, 3 tier sponge cake wrapped with Fresh Mangoes.
Mango, Flour, Vegetable Oil, Evaporated Milk, Sugar, Eggs, Baking Powder, Cream of Tartar, Whipping Cream

- Sweetness of mangoes cannot be guaranteed. We do not preserve it in sugar or add sweeteners, we use fresh mangoes as is. Gary does try to ripen it for a week or two to help reach their full potential of sweetness before. The level of sweetness is based on the mangoes itself.
- Require min. 1 Day advanced ordering unless orders are full for the day whichever comes first
- If you' can't decide between the 4" and 6" cakes, we recommend the 6" size for regular gatherings—it offers the best value and is the most presentable. But, if you prefer to avoid leftovers, the 4" cake serves 2-4 people well.
