The Mung Bean Pandan Cake (班蘭綠豆蓉蛋糕) is a new addition to our Pandan family, which includes the Pandan Coconut Cake (can add durian). The mung bean paste made in-house, are boiled and mashed into fine smooth paste. The pandan sponge cake is crafted using extract from fresh pandan leaves. This cake is perfectly balanced with just the right amount of sweetness.
If you can't decide between the 4" and 6" cakes, we recommend the 6" size. It offers the best value and is the most presentable, the difference is only $4.
Note: - Require min. 1 Day advanced ordering unless orders are full for the day whichever comes first - Images may differ from the actual product as each is handmade, including variations in the type and placement of sponge cake, paste, cream and colour.

All sales are final and non-refundable. Pickup can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 1 day in advance.
No-shows or same-day changes incur a $5 service fee, payable via e-transfer to gary@garypatisserie.com within 1 hour of the change. If customer cannot be reached or service fee is unpaid on the day of pickup, the order will be cancelled and not rescheduled.
