Mung Bean Pandan Cake

The Mung Bean Pandan Cake (班蘭綠豆蓉蛋糕) is a new addition to our Pandan family, which includes the Pandan Coconut Cake (can add durian). The mung bean paste made in-house, are boiled and mashed into fine smooth paste. The pandan sponge cake is crafted using pandan extract. This cake is perfectly balanced with just the right amount of sweetness.

Ingredients: Coconut Milk, Pandan Flavour (may contain colouring), Flour, Vegetable Oil, Evaporated Milk, Sugar, Eggs, Baking Powder, Cream of Tartar, Whipping Cream, Mung Bean
