Fresh Mango Cake in-a-Jar (Seasonal Spring - Summer)

This is the actual mango cake but in a jar! If you can't finish a whole cake, try it in a jar. A perfect after meal dessert for one. Fluffy, soft, and juicy mango cake made fresh daily with real mangoes locally.

Ingredients: Mango, Flour, Vegetable Oil, Evaporated Milk, Sugar, Eggs, Baking Powder, Cream of Tartar, Whipping Cream

Note:
- Sweetness of mangoes cannot be guaranteed. We do not preserve it in sugar or add sweeteners, we use fresh mangoes as is. Gary does try to ripen it for a week or two to help reach their full potential of sweetness before use but the level of sweetness cannot be controlled.
