How to Order

1. Order ahead: Please place your order at least 3 days before your pickup date.
2. Send customization details at checkout: In the message box, include:
   • Name, age, or the message you want on the topper
   • Let us know if you want to use your own photo
3. Enter a valid email address: We will send your proof to this email, so please double-check it is correct.
4. We create your mockup: We will create a mockup, or email you to request your photo if needed.
5. Approve your proof before printing: We will email you a digital proof for approval before we print.
6. Revisions: Up to 2 revisions are included.
7. If not approved: If the design is not approved after the second proof or by 2 days prior to the pickup date, the order will be cancelled and will not proceed to printing.
