White Chocolate Strawberry Shortcake (can add mango)

Layered between the light and fluffy vanilla sponge cake are freshly sliced strawberries, strawberry compote and white chocolate flakes. 

You can also change one of the layers to Fresh Mango when mangoes are in season.

Ingredients: White Chocolate, Strawberry, Lemon Juice, Cornstarch, Vanilla, Flour, Vegetable Oil, Evaporated Milk, Sugar, Eggs, Baking Powder, Cream of Tartar, Whipping Cream, Fresh Mango (Optional)

If you can't decide between the 4" and 6" cakes, we recommend the 6" size. It offers the best value and is the most presentable, the difference is only $4. (Price varies if adding mango.)

All sales are final and non-refundable. Pickup can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 1 day in advance.

No-shows or same-day changes incur a $5 service fee, payable via e-transfer to gary@garypatisserie.com within 1 hour of the change. If customer cannot be reached or service fee is unpaid on the day of pickup, the order will be cancelled and not rescheduled.
