White Chocolate Strawberry Shortcake (can use Fresh Strawberries)

Layered between the light and fluffy vanilla sponge cake with strawberry compote and white chocolate flakes. Can be made with fresh strawberries.

Ingredients: White Chocolate, Strawberry, Lemon Juice, Cornstarch, Vanilla, Flour, Vegetable Oil, Evaporated Milk, Sugar, Eggs, Baking Powder, Cream of Tartar, Whipping Cream, Fresh Strawberry (Optional)

If you can't decide between the 4" and 6" cakes, we recommend the 6" size. It offers the best value and is the most presentable, the difference is only $4. (Price varies if adding mango.)

- Sweetness of strawberries cannot be guaranteed. We do not preserve it in sugar or add sweeteners to the fruit, we use fresh strawberries as is.

All sales are final and non-refundable. Pickup can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 1 day in advance.

No-shows or same-day changes incur a $5 service fee, payable via e-transfer to gary@garypatisserie.com within 1 hour of the change. If customer cannot be reached or service fee is unpaid on the day of pickup, the order will be cancelled and not rescheduled.
