Fresh Mango Cake

June 3: Fresh mangoes sold out this week, waiting for new shipment if we can take on more orders (no promises). Accepting orders June 9-14.

We recommend enjoying the cake on the day of pickup. While it will still be edible the next day or even the day after, the quality and appearance, particularly the color of the fruit and cream, will change due to oxidation. Please note that we are not responsible for the cake’s quality after pickup or late pickups.

All sales are final and non-refundable. Pickup can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 1 day in advance. If customer cannot be reached or cake is unpaid on the day of pickup, the order will be cancelled and not rescheduled.

10" and larger cakes will require pre-payment to confirm order.

Soft and juicy mango cake made fresh daily with real local mangoes. Resembling a flower, the cake carries a naturally fresh and sweet mango fragrance. This two-layer mango-filled, three-tier castella-style cake has a light yet moist texture and is wrapped with fresh mangoes.

Ingredients: Mango, Flour, Vegetable Oil, Evaporated Milk, Sugar, Eggs, Baking Powder, Cream of Tartar, Whipping Cream

4" cakes are no longer available.

- Sweetness of mangoes cannot be guaranteed. We do not preserve it in sugar or add sweeteners, we use fresh mangoes as is. Gary does try to ripen it for a week or two to help reach their full potential of sweetness before use but the level of sweetness and flavour cannot be controlled.
