Mung Bean Pandan Cake

The Mung Bean Pandan Cake (班蘭綠豆蓉蛋糕) is a new addition to our Pandan family, which includes the Pandan Coconut Cake (can add durian). The mung bean paste made in-house, are boiled and mashed into fine smooth paste. The pandan sponge cake is crafted using extract from fresh pandan leaves. This cake is perfectly balanced with just the right amount of sweetness.

Ingredients: Coconut Milk, Pandan Flavour (may contain colouring), Flour, Vegetable Oil, Evaporated Milk, Sugar, Eggs, Baking Powder, Cream of Tartar, Whipping Cream, Mung Bean
