Durian Cake wrapped with Mangoes

Please order with caution! Durian has a very strong flavour and is not to everyone’s taste. Durian is not jackfruit.

Refunds and exchange will not be provided if you order durian and decide not like it. 

All sales are final and non-refundable. Pickup can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 1 day in advance.

No-shows or same-day changes incur a $5 service fee, payable via e-transfer to gary@garypatisserie.com within 1 hour of the change. If customer cannot be reached or service fee is unpaid on the day of pickup, the order will be cancelled and not rescheduled.

A rich and creamy durian-filled cake, layered with three tiers of soft sponge and fresh whipped cream, wrapped in juicy mangoes. The King of Fruits in harmony.

An 6" has 160-180g of durian. 4" cannot add extra durian as it is too tall, it'll fall over easily.

Ingredients: Durian, Mango, Flour, Vegetable Oil, Evaporated Milk, Sugar, Eggs, Baking, Powder, Cream of Tartar, Whipping Cream

4" cakes are no longer available.

Note:
- Cake shown in image is 6"
- Sweetness of mangoes cannot be guaranteed. We do not preserve it in sugar or add sweeteners, we use fresh mangoes as is. Gary does try to ripen it for a week or two to help reach their full potential of sweetness before use but the level of sweetness and flavour cannot be controlled.
